Family Style Dinner Menu

First course: Minestrone Soup

Second course: Jolly Inn Salad (typical salad with the homemade dressing)

Dinner with Sides: Chicken Valentine, Beef Fajitas, Vesuvio potatoes, Pasta with Vodka Sauce, Green bean almondine, and cucumber with sour cream.

Vegetarian option: Portobello Mushroom with rice. The individual will also be able to have all the above sides.

2026 SMA Mustang Gala Teacher Experience Raffle

As part of the SMA Mustang Gala tradition, students will have an opportunity to buy raffle tickets to win experiences with their favorite SMA teachers and staff.

Each ticket costs $1.00 and students may buy as many as they like to increase their chances of winning. Tickets will be on sale in the office beginning Wednesday, January 28th.

The raffle drawing will take place at The Mustang Gala on Saturday, February 7th.
