Illinois EPA Contest Winners:  The following students were selected as winners in this year’s Poster, Poetry and Prose Contest, Get Energized About Slowing Down Climate Change!  Congratualations to Magdaleno Nucum – Finalist, Isabelle Diaz – Finalist, Caden Cacal – Finalist, Natalia Kyrych  - Honorable Mention, Chrysanthie Kamarinos - Honorable Mention, Serena Esser - Honorable Mention, Isabella Lobo – Top Winner, Hazel Hillebrand – Top Winner

Boosterthon Fun Run: Our St. Monica Fun Run fundraiser will kick off in just 3 weeks on Tuesday, 3/29. Our goal is to raise $17,000 for the school and to strengthen our school community. We’ve asked our friends at Booster to power our fundraiser to make it more profitable, fun, and easy for everyone!  Here’s what all students can get excited about:  Fun, engaging character development lessons and a high-energy event to give our school a much needed boost of fun!

If your family feels it’s not in the position to financially support the school, that’s ok.  Families can actually support our school by also sharing about our fundraiser with friends and family online.  Sharing is supporting.  Thank you for supporting St. Monica through the Fun Run.

Re-registration for the 2022-2023 school year are due.  All families can take advantage of an early pay discount of $100 on the family registration fee by returning the tuition agreement and re-registration forms by March 16^th.  If you need the forms, please let me know and we can send copies.  The Registration Fee increases from $100 to $200 after Wednesday, March 16^th.

Important Survey Reminder:  The 5Essentials School Survey will be conducted until the end of next week. To take the survey, please visit   https://survey.5-essentials.org/archchicago/survey/parent/.   We need to meet the minimum number of survey parent respondents in order to get a school report.  Please consider completing the survey so we can get your valuable feedback.  Thank you!

Free SMA Yard Signs Arrived- Please stop by the office for a St. Monica Academy Yard Sign if interested in placing one in your yard now that the ground is starting to thaw.
