Looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday August 15th for Family Pick-Up Day! We have changes this year to accommodate the new health and safety protocols.  Please read the below carefully so that all new aspects of the event are clear. Please help make this event as safe as possible by following all of the guidelines

• Only one parent per family should come and no children.
• Wear your mask and follow safety and social distancing guidelines.
• Attend at the assigned time. For families with more then one child, please choose one time to come and gather everything for all of your children, you can come at any of the assigned spots that apply to your children.
• The event this year will occur in Beyenka Hall and in the outside grounds around Beyenka. 

Assigned Times

• 10am-11am PreK-1st Grade
• 11am-12pm 2nd Grade-5th Grade
• 12pm-1pm 6th Grade-8th Grade
• 1pm-1:30 Make Ups

• Purchase Student Planners for $5.00 (3rd-8th gr.)

• Get Free Recycled Uniforms
• Sign Up for the Extended Day Program
• Sign Up for the Hot Lunch Program
• Sign Up For Scouts
• Complete Medical Forms for Dispensing of Medication
